This is not my go-to genre, but the title drew me in. I started reading it and could not put it down. The vivid descriptions of each character place you right in the middle of the action. And it is action packed from start to finish. About half way through I thought wow I’d love to see this as a movie! Can’t wait for the sequel! Will definitely be watching for it.

Ok, I'm not a big reader of the supernatural, but a I do recognise a good read, when I find one. And this is much better than just a good one. I saw that some compared the author to Stephen King. I thought before reading this book that try maybe that reader was stretching g the truth a bit. But I really enjoyed this book, tremendously . There, were some rely spooky characters here that gave m e shivers, and imagine t :) eyes will do the same to other tree, readers. Great job, Jon Michaels!!!

I loved reading this book! It was VERY scary, but funny and sweet too. The little band of misfits, Luke's buds, was quite endearing. I sure hope Luke brings them along for the wild ride in the sequel I am longing for!

I usually read this genere of fiction. Had no idea how good this book would be since this was his first book. OMG, great characters, super plot, a real page turner. I read this book faster than any in years. I couldn't put it down. It also sets itself up for sequels. I can't wait for Michaels to come out with another book.
