rawk the barre in August with our 
80's theme!

Sweat and tuck to the sounds of Madonna, Prince, MJ and many more! This class is dedicated to all those amazing 80's songs we know and love! 

We have a 3 pack of classes to give out to one lucky girl at each location for the BEST 80's get up!  We're talking leg warmers, crimped hair, srunchies, unitards if you are brave enough! BRIGHT colors, side ponies you know it! 

 

what is rawk the barre?
Each month we hold a 90-105 minute class incorporating our most fun and intense cardio moves combined with our favorite mat and barre exercises. You will end with a relaxing and refreshing cool down which will reset your mind and body. 

Each rawk the barre class is different- different exercises, equipment, music and theme! 

Our August rawk the barre features 30 minutes of heart pumping cardio followed by 50 minutes of strength training exercises (utilizing balls, bands, weights, the barre and mat!) followed by a 10 minute stretch! 

This class is sure to make you sweat, tone, and shake in all the right places. You will twist and tuck your way through fat-burning cardio sequences designed to strategically burn calories and amp up your metabolic rate, as well as power through our signature and most creative strength training exercises. The end result a RAWK hard body!

 

Our rawk the barre classes are held monthly and taught by not only one but TWO of our rawkstar b9® instructors!
