Historic, Creative Downtown Loveland Lunch & Tour

Catch the bus in Fort Collins at 1pm or at Loveland Aleworks at 1:45pm.
Begin the tour of historic Downtown Loveland with a catered lunch at Loveland Aleworks, Loveland's premier craft brewery.
The tour will take participants to the Artspace Lofts project at the Feed and Grain. The project, the first affordable housing project in Colorado specifically for artists, broke ground in March of 2014. The tour will go to the Rialto Theater Center, a 20,000 square foot addition to the historic Rialto Theater, followed by a stop at the Gallery Flats apartments. The Gallery Flats, completed in May of 2014, is a TIF supported 66 unit residential housing development in the heart of Downtown Loveland that includes an open air roof top terrace.
Representatives will be on hand to discuss the projects and answer any questions. The first 20 people to sign up for the walking tour will receive a free pint glass from Loveland Aleworks!  There are a variety of other mobile tours available each day of the conference including:
