It's been an amazing Farm to Fork week so far with rave reviews.  Chef Randy and Chef Jake and their staff have done a fantastic job orchestrating their respective menus.  By now you all know Chef Randy from Carolina Blue but allow us to officially introduce Jake Waddington recently named Head Chef of The Telford Inn.  

 

Jake is passionate about utilizing local and organic products whenever possible in his cooking so it's only fitting that Farm to Fork is the theme of his very first Hot Chefs Restaurant Week.  Check out this post from Obis One farms and then stop in this weekend to enjoy Jake's creations.
