Hi <<First Name>>

Thank-you for being on my subscriber list and for your continued support.

I wanted to write to you today to address a serious matter which will be very relevant for you if your dog is showing signs of aggression in or out of the house…

In recent years there has been a spate of high profile serious attacks by dogs on family members or visiting friends inside the home. Many of the victims in these attacks have been children, disabled and elderly people, resulting in serious injury and in some cases even death.

Sorry to sound morbid, but it’s a very real problem we are dealing with here!

According to Government figures, dog attacks and assaults requiring hospital admissions have increased from: 2,915 in 1997/98  -  6,740 in 2013/14.

Figures from 2012 estimated that in England alone more than 200,000 people each year are bitten by dogs, with the annual cost to the NHS of treating injuries at over £3 million.

Recognising that the law on dangerous dogs needed to be tightened, and the number of dog attacks reduced, Defra (Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs) announced measures in 2013 to tackle welfare and irresponsible dog ownership…. And, as a result, they introduced new laws that could carry massive fines (up to £20,000!) or even prison sentences for dog owners that don’t follow them.

I feel I wouldn’t be serving you if I didn’t at least make you aware of what they are…
  • It is now illegal to allow your dog to become dangerously out of control, anywhere – even in your home!
  • Micro-chipping is now compulsory
  • Prison sentences for owners of dogs who carry out harmful or fatal attacks
  • Massive fines for dog owners who fail to take corrective action if a complaint has been made to the local council or the police

Now, I’m not pointing all this out to scare you… Quite the opposite!

My goal is to make you aware of just how important it is (for your own welfare, and that of your dog) to bring an aggressive dog back into balance so it can lead a safe and happy life…

The way we do that is by being educated and dealing with the cause of the problem.

My life’s work has been about understanding our canine companions, and discovering the causes and solutions to their behavioural problems… I’d love to share my knowledge with you!

And, that’s is why I’m personally inviting you to join me on my
