What is Coworking?

Coworking refers to businesses, freelancers, home-workers, start-ups and entrepreneurs sharing a Serviced Office space on a relatively cheap, no-obligation basis.

Typically desks can be rented out on a Pay As You Go Daily rate, or a monthly subscription rate giving a certain number of days-per-week use, generally on a month by month notice term.

Working in spaces such as these offer additional benefits over an above the obvious advantages of gaining an office desk without long, pricey and risky commitments.

Working around other companies can increase your networking, cross-working capabilities, provide a more-social environment compared to home working and they tend to be incredibly inspiring places to perform your work as you mix with other friendly inspiring people.

Businesses with private offices can also find value in placing members of staff in a coworking space as they get to mix, network and support other local businesses.
