It's time that we establish an endowment

We can't afford for CAIR Florida to be struggling for funding every single year just to stay open. We need to have the resources so that we can continue to make a positive impact on civil liberties, social justice, and human rights. Now is our opportunity to do that.

The Project

CAIR-FL is in a position to own over 9,000 sqft of office space on 56th street right in between Tampa's two largest mosques, a central location for the Muslim community.

The office space contains three buildings which will house CAIR-FL headquarters while also generating income for CAIR-FL:

• Main New CAIR Building: Cost: $275,000. Half is used as free office space for CAIR-FL (Worth $28,800 a year), the other half is being rented out at $28,800 a year income for CAIR-FL
• Old CAIR Office: .Cost: $166,000. Income: $24,000 a year
  
• Old CAIR Legal Office: Cost: $100,000.Income: Income: $24,000 a year
  

So if CAIR-FL can raise $541,000 to buy out these buildings, we will own free and clear our office space and have property that generates $76,800 a year for a total annual return on investment value of $105,600!
