Marshawn Lynch and Rob Gronkowski on 'Conan' Is the Height of Television

We can call off television after tonight. All of it. The entire medium.

I say this because no future broadcast will ever be able to eclipse the visual ambrosia that is Marshawn Lynch and Rob Gronkowski palling around and making Viagra jokes on Conan.

The show released a brief preview of Thursday night's Super Bowl edition of "Clueless Gamer," wherein the Seattle Seahawks running back and New England Patriots tight end meet up to play Mortal Kombat X.

Whether anyone actually played the game is secondary, however. What's important is Lynch thinking Conan O'Brien is on drugs, which led to an impromptu commercial for blood cholesterol medication.

"What you on?" Lynch asks the host.

"I'm not on anything," O'Brien says. "I'm on Lipitor. It's my drug of choice. Lipitor—get yours today…I get free money that way."

Gronkowski doesn't know what Lipitor is, but he wants on that gravy train.

"You get free money for Lipitor?" Gronkowski asks. "Lipitor!"

"Gronk, you just can't say 'Lipitor!'" O'Brien yells.

"Lipitor! Gets your heart right!" Gronk continues. "Lipitor! If it's harder for four hours call a doctor!"

And there you have it: everything wonderful and endearing about the national treasures that are Lynch and Gronkowski, all rolled into a sub-one-minute exhibition.

You've got Lynch respecting the sponsor hustle and Gronk missing the point and making phallic jokes. Both are out of their depth and clowning with reckless abandon. All bases are covered.

Also, here's a picture of Lynch flexing a $50 bill, because he did that.

Thank you, Conan. Out here doing the Lord's work as always.
