CALDWELL, N.J. – The Caldwell University women's track and field team was named a NCAA Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, the organization announced. The Cougars were one of 105 women's programs to receive the honor, which requires at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average to qualify.

Caldwell, coached by Patrick Sullivan, posted a 3.43 cumulative team GPA through the 2013-14 academic year. This past spring, the Cougars finished second in the team standings at the inaugural Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference meet.

Saint Leo University posted the highest team GPA among NCAA Division II programs at 3.68. The only other CACC member besides Caldwell to receive All-Academic Team honors was Georgian Court University.
