The 1698 Bill of Rights was put into place to prevent future governments or heads of state from signing over our sovereignty to a foreign power without the consent of the people.  However, this is exactly what our government and the Queen has done by signing EU treaties that we did not consent to. By doing this they have committed treason against the people of the UK. We agreed to TRADE ONLY with the EU - NOTHING MORE. However behind our backs the plan is to turn the UK into a Federal State of Europe where we have no power or control over our own destiny and where British people will be in the minority in another 20 years. Please support this petition because according to this Bill of Rights, we are technically NOT IN the EU as WE, the people, never consented to any of the other treaties that were signed following the original trade only agreement. This can mean the difference between risking a referendum that will almost certainly be 'fixed' or getting out of the EU legally through the courts. The people of the UK can prosecute those responsible for breaking the terms of the 1698 Bill which was fortunately never repealed. Those guilty include all past government leaders who knew exactly what Brussels had in mind for our country from the start and agreed to it. Unfortunately people, it also includes our OWN sovereign, Her Majesty the Queen who also signed these EU treaties, and this knowledge has left me not only very sad, but utterly astounded.....So please, sign this petition and let's make Cameron defend OUR country by upholding this Bill and REMOVING THE UK FROM THE EU NOW!
