Carlos Santana and Cindy Blackman Santana Return to the NBA Finals to Perform National Anthem on Sunday, June 5

The NBA announced today that ten-time Grammy® Award-winner and legendary San Francisco guitarist Carlos Santana and his wife Cindy Blackman-Santana will return to the NBA Finals stage to perform the national anthem on Sunday, June 5 prior to the start of Game 2 of The Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers.  The game will air live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET from Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA.

Cindy Blackman-Santana is an American jazz and rock drummer. Blackman is best known for recording and touring with Lenny Kravitz. She has recorded several jazz albums under her own name, and has performed with Pharoah Sanders, Sonny Simmons, Ron Carter, Sam Rivers, Cassandra Wilson among many others. She is married to Carlos Santana and is currently performing in Santana.
