What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is commonly referred to as “Tapping” or “psychological acupuncture”. The developers of EFT see it as being similar to acupuncture without the use of needles. EFT is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.

Dr Peta Stapleton is 1 of only 3 Certified EFT Universe Trainers in the Southern Hemisphere. Peta has 20 years’ experience and is a registered Clinical & Health Psychologist in Australia and has recently led a world first randomised clinical trial investigating the impact of EFT in the treatment of food cravings in overweight and obese adults.

This 2 day speciality workshop is approved as an EFT Universe speciality workshop (to attend instead of a repeat level 2 training) - but it is open to the general public.

See www.petastapleton.com for other trainings and workshops being offered in 2016.

Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and light snacks will be available throughout the 2 days but you will need to bring your own lunch to the training or purchase from a nearby cafe.
