Fans of Smack Shack will have one more chance to get their lobster roll fix before leaving town.
The Minneapolis restaurant is set to open in the main terminal of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on July 1, according to co-owner Josh Thoma.
The menu will be a condensed version of the North Loop restaurant and more similar to that of the Smack Shack food truck. The menu is still being determined, but will include lobster rolls and po’boys, said Thoma.
