Jagdish is visiting Chhipiya village in Jaba block of Rewa District in Madhya Pradesh where villager women tell him that 300 Dalit and Adivasi families live here and many of them have not got tokens for getting subsidized ration. Some have got but not getting food-grains. Secretary demands Rs 200 for tokens. They depend on wage laborfor their livelihood.
