The Late Late Craft Show Vendor Application 2015
Thank you for your interest in The Late Late Craft Show!  We are committed to making this the most amazing Black Friday handmade gift event EVER!  Or even just the best event EVER, period.  The 4th annual show will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015, 5pm - 11pm at Mrs. Murphy & Son's Irish Bistro.  The Bistro has an incredible upstairs event space.  You can check it out in detail here:  http://irishbistro.com/event-spaces/

This will be a HIGHLY juried show!  Approximately 35 vendors will be accepted.  ONLY handmade items will be allowed, and we may request that you provide photos of your process while we are reviewing your application.

Application deadline is Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 11:59pm.

The Late Late Craft Show Policies
Vendor Requirements:
All vendors must have a valid state Tax ID.  Vendors are responsible for handling their own transactions and sales tax.
Alcohol will be served at this venue.  You will need to show your ID if you wish to consume any alcohol.   As always, be sure to drink responsibly and maintain professionalism during show hours.

Show Hours:
Installation begins:  3:00pm
Show opens:  5:00pm
Show ends:  11:00pm
Happy Hour:  11pm - 12am (optional)
Your friends and family are welcome to join for Happy Hour.  Bar accepts cash or credit.

Application Fee:  $10 (non-refundable, but applied to booth fee if accepted)
Booth Fee:  $115
6' tables will be provided unless otherwise requested.  Electricity and wifi are also available free of charge.  Venue has an on-site ATM.  

Payment Policy:
You will need to submit a non-refundable $10 application fee via PayPal along with this application.  The $10 will be applied to your booth fee if you are accepted.  Your application will not be reviewed until the application fee is received via PayPal.  Accepted vendors will be notified via e-mail on or before September 22, 2015.  A request for the remaining booth fee payment ($95) will also be sent to you via e-mail, and you will have one week to complete the payment (due by 11:59pm on Monday September 29, 2015).  If payment is not received by the due date, you forfeit your spot in the show.  Please prepare accordingly!

Cancellation Policy:
If selected as a vendor, cancellation with refund ($95) will be accepted until 11:59pm on Friday, November 6, 2015.  Application fee will not be refunded.  Any no shows or cancellations after this time will result in vendor fee forfeiture and could affect participation in future shows.  

The Late Late Craft Show, its organizers, and the staff at Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods.  However, because there will be alcohol consumption on premises, there will be security staff to assist in the event that there are belligerent customers the day of the event.

6 Foot Tables are available for use.  Will you need one? *
If you will be using your own set up, please provide a brief description of your display.  You may be asked to provide a photo if accepted into the show.
