Mountain Faith Mission has began to partner with farmers in the southern peninsula of Haiti who were impacted by recent Hurricane Matthew. Matthew devastated many areas, especially impacting the gardens of many individuals. Without gardens, there is no food or ability to sell the food in the local markets. This impacts numerous families. MFM is utilizing our greenhouses to begin vegetables that will start growing in Saut d'Eau, and then be transported to the southern peninsula to be distributed by local partner organizations. Our Goal is to raise $3,000 to buy the seed, soil, labor, and transportation for this project to take place. We will be planting 5,000 each of tomato, eggplant, and hot pepper, and sweet pepper plants.

Every penny of this goes to fund this project that provide this much needed revitalization of gardens for Haitians who were impacted.
