...the pattern and colors of the bracelet are very nice but the word chart is confusing because the colors are given in the original numbers of beads.

I’ve never had this complaint before and am not quite sure what it means since most people prefer the word chart as original color numbers. There’s also a graph that can be followed if customers prefer that.
