This video is about "SOMA," a large-scale interactive sculpture installed in 2016 by the arts collective known as "The Flaming Lotus Girls." Its' prior installations include the San Francisco Embarcadero, Burning Man, and other events and installations throughout the U.S.
The SOMA is a representation of a brain cell nucleus and its dendrites, which light up at the push of a button simulating nuero-transmissions in the brain.
