Hannah Silva has picked Susannah Dickey as the winner of the inaugural Verve Poetry Festival Competition, from entries on the theme of ‘Birmingham’. Poetry Society Member Gill Learner was awarded third prize, with fellow Member Tessa Foley in fourth.
