Three Things That You Did NOT Know About Biceps

I bet you never thought about biceps like that!

Three things that you didn’t know about biceps

Everyone admires a beautiful biceps. The biceps muscle group is extremely popular. Many beginners will spend their first day in the gym training the biceps.

But I am pretty sure that didn’t knew you that NOT your biceps makes your guns look big but the triceps. And if you do squats with big load on the back, your arms will grow much mass and generally all the upper body will get
bigger…

But I want to talk about this now.

Today I want to tell you three things that you do not know about biceps :).

1. The cephalic vein that you see in some biceps, has nothing to do with the number of repetitions you do to train the biceps. If you want the vein to be more visible, you have to be at a very low levels of fat, somewhere below 10% bodyfat.

Also, the genetics play a very important role in the emergence of that veins on biceps, so you should not be surprised … if the vein arm is more pronounced on one arm than the other.

2. When viewed under a microscope, the muscle fibers are in different forms, most being somewhat wedge-shaped. But the biceps muscle fibers are elongated and parallel so they can easily inflate. Paying just a little attention to this group muscle we can make it increase slightly more compared to other muscle groups.

3. The biceps of a normal guy is about half a kilogram of muscle. That makes about 1 kilogram on both arms. A very small percentage of muscle mass, relative to the whole body, the whole body muscle mass. Remember this percentage.

It’s a different perspective on training for biceps. It shows you just how much / little need to train your biceps compared to other groups muscle).

So I did not know this?
