Strength Camp
June 1st -June 27th
Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 8:30 - 9:30 am

All 3 days of camp - $225 for the month
Many athletes seek more power and explosion but have not learned proper form for more powerful lifts. This camp will
focus
on Cleans, Deadlifts and other dynamic lifts to develop the strength required for the explosive edge they need during their season. We will also incorporate functional movements for injury prevention and plyometrics.
