Summer has officially entered my here and now...
Most of you know I've just knocked out my first year of grad school in somatic psychotherapy. Its been real! And by real I mean inspiring, challenging, emotional, cerebral, creative and honest. To celebrate and decompress I'll be spending the next couple weeks in my home away from home - Hawaii. If you've been planning a visit in May, please jump on the schedule asap - I have added extra hours this Saturday.
Going forward through Summer, I'll have special extended hours. Between May - August you can see me on Mondays, in addition to Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and a few Saturdays. As always, the most current availability will show up online.
I hope to see you very soon, for maintenance and not emergency...

Alamo Square Re-opens May 24! It's been a whole year since we've had access to the beautiful park and it's such a treat following a bodywork session. There will be an opening ceremony, so make it over there if you can!
