‘Duterte’s kulambo’ at The Mansion

President Rodrigo Duterte seems to take pride in a mosquito net. In his room at his home in Davao City, a "kulambo" is a fixture in his bed, which he was even willing to show to the world.

During his first night in "The Mansion," the official summer residence of the President of the Philippines in Baguio City, he took time for a photo beside the presidential bed fitted with a kulambo.

Then he toured the other parts of The Mansion.

During the visit of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to Davao City in mid-January, Duterte's room was part of his "itinerary."

In a Facebook post, Special Assistant to the President Secretary Christopher "Bong" Go said Duterte also showed Abe his bedroom, including his mosquito net.
