The absurdly capacious Unit 307 at 45 West Broadway in South Boston was carved from the conversion of Saints Peter and Paul Church into condos in 1995.

As one might expect, the 942-square-foot 1-BR, 2-BA luxuriates in the details only such a conversion can provide, including stained glass and vaulted ceilings. The vaulted ceilings, in fact, run to 25 feet at some points.

The spread is on sale through Driggin Realty Group for $699,900.
