He did a house call on my mom and i today. It was the best massage ive ever had! he ended it with what im thinking was touching on some charka points and then a gentle nose boop lol
I told my husband about him. We'll be calling him again for sure! Its nice to have my body feel so loose. ...also, my dogs liked him. I always trust my dogs, if that counts for anything, if say you were apprehensive about having a giant man come rub you down LOL. Nice guy. Chill dude. Definitely recommend!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vanessa G.Sun Valley, CA01510Jul 25, 2016
This message is waaaaaaaay over due and I feel horrible for the waiting this long but better late then never..first of all I would to say thank you to Randy and his wife :) they are both wonderful people. I'm am blessed I met them, even if it was just that 1 day, but I'll definitely be back..For my bday last year I went on a healing hike and I had a healing massage and it was the greatest gift I gave myself :) :) Randy made me feel soooo comfortable and so healed towards the end, felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off me.. And the massage was AMAZING .. His wife prepared lunch for us, it was a delicious sandwich, some fruit and chips I think but like healthy ones and after the healing massage, it was perfect timing, his wife had made veggie soup and they were so kind to invite me and it was DELICIOUS !!! I can't thank them enough ...And their dog was the cutest :)

Randy saved my life 10 years ago. I shattered my back from L3- S1 in 2006 from a quad accident. I've had 4 major back surgeries, been on EVERY pain medicine, conventional to unconventional. I've had chiropractic, acupuncture, meditation etc... nothing worked. I could barely stand without excruciating pain. A friend introduced us and I had my first healing massage. It literally saved my life!! He customized my massage specific to my needs. I felt safe and comfortable. More importantly, he was able to gently stretch my spine just enough to release pinched nerves and damaged tissue. I will use no one else. He has extraordinary healing abilities as well as a brilliant understanding of the human body. This makes him the absolute BEST healing massage therapist. If you are in pain, DON'T waste your time with anyone else.

Randy tailor-made a retreat for my friend and I. He massaged us, cooked for us, we went for walks around a beautiful nearby lake.
I can't say how powerful it was just to break away from the city and have someone's intentions for healing focused solely on you. Randy was that someone and his hands are amazing. He is a strong force for balancing you. It's so much more than a massage, but, it feels great too. Thank you Randy, for your talent, for your great snacks and for the peaceful mountainside atmosphere.
I'm definitely coming back.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Erin S.Brooklyn, NY59261Mar 24, 2017
Wow. I found Randy while searching yelp bc I wanted more than a regular massage, including some healing aspect and this was definitely that. Randy is totally professional but also just sweet and down to earth guy. He came to my hotel room and set up his table and for the next hour and a half gently but firmly took me apart and put me back together again. He moves your muscles rather than crushing them, starting out gently and then going deeper. I was so relaxed I'm pretty sure I was floating. Oh and his hands def radiate heat. It's amazing! I felt like a tiny creature in giant caring hands. Would recommend a million times to anyone who has had traditional or deep tissue massages and come away bruised and sore - Randy knows what he's doing. He's the real deal.

Randy is the greatest, I twisted my back somehow making the move to l.a. he worked the kinks and pain out within minutes so I could just lie and enjoy the rest of the hour!

I would absolutely recommend The Malibu Healer to anyone for massage as well as any therapeutic needs. He is undoubtedly Malibu's best massage guru! I love his massage room on Point Dume, the soft ocean breeze that blows through the room is heaven. My perfect day is when I can grab a friend and we take turns sitting on the deck sunning our legs while we read a book or magazine and the other gets a massage--if we have time, we walk down to the beach. Whenever I purchase his gift certificates as gifts I KNOW the receiver will never be let down. I'm amazed that this 6'8" man can give such a gentle/firm massage. He truly has the GIFT of touch and I love all his healing/spiritual advice. I love the sage, the didge, and especially his aromatherapy healing oils, if he saves me a jar! He's lovely, he's talented, ladies, gentlemen, young or older... he's definitely worth every penny and more!!! Thank you Randy!

Best massage therapist in LA. Randy Bruck is, hands down (pardon the pun) the best massage therapist I've ever had the luck to find. A few years ago, when I was still an athlete, I was a body work junkie. I have seen them all, been disappointed by them all (there's nothing worse than paying $150 and getting "slightly rubbed.") Randy's work is stupendous, transforming. He is trustworthy, loving and truly healing. His hands emit a physical heat that is really extraordinary and because he's such a super tall guy, his hands are massive and strong. Every time I walk out of his studio on a seaside cliff in Malibu, I feel like I've shed a skin and have been reborn - it's truly that good.

Randy's the real deal! If you're looking for a truly therapeutic massage therapist, Randy is your guy. As the other reviewer already mentioned, Randy is a big guy, making him extra capable for the reach and deeper tissue treatments. However, his gift truly does extend beyond deep tissue. He's a gentle person (soul and touch) and while I have had deeper massages with him, I have also had need of lighter, gentler massage since becoming pregnant. His ability to adapt is fabulous, and his intuition to know exactly what you need and where your body needs it is amazing. Randy's massages are able to accomplish relaxation AND release, and if you've had a massage, you know that sometimes releasing can be painful if the therapist uses brute force and doesn't know what he/she is doing; don't fear, because Randy does accomplish muscle and tension release without pain, and does incorporate other healing elements like Reiki in his treatments, which are just fabulous. He does have a separate massage room at his house if you go to him, but I think (you'll have to check with Randy) that he does travel for a small fee if you're more comfortable in your own surroundings. His fees are very reasonable, especially for the quality of care you will receive.
