Clashes break out between YPG and the Turkish army near the border crossing of Tal Abyad

Clashes took place after midnight between YPG and soldiers of the Turkish army near the border crossing of Tal Abyad. Other local sources informed SOHR that the clashes erupted between the two sides against militiamen trying to cross the border, information reported casualties.
