Break and enter, Toowong

Police are investigating the forced entry to two adjoining businesses in Morley Street this morning.

At around 4am the offender/s have entered one business and smashed a hole through the wall into the second business. In the second business offender/s have forced an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) open and a sum of cash was removed. Entry has also be gained to a store room and cigarettes were stolen.

The offenders have left through the same way, and police believe the offenders have left in a vehicle.

Police are appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area around 4am to contact Crime Stoppers.
