Imperial Beverage Tradeshow Bus (Kalamazoo)

In a few short weeks, customers of Imperial Beverage will attend our annual Fall Tradeshow. We are excited for what this years’ event brings: new surroundings in a highly desirable space that many of our customers have yet to see. This, along with the draw of a terrific product portfolio and interaction with our suppliers will add to the buzz about our event.

We know that we’ll see accounts we’ve not seen in recent years because of the change in location. We’ll also be offering a new lineup of breakout sessions and tours of the working farm hosting us, adding to the number of reasons for our customers to join us on September 22, 2014, from 2-7pm.

Busing is available free of charge, but you must have a reserved seat to ensure that there is room for you on the bus. With your bus reservation, we'll be able to prepare, in advance, your registration for the show, so that checking in at the show will be a breeze. You'll be able to bypass the check-in area entirely, just getting a glass as you enter. Your tradeshow book will be available for you on the bus too, providing ample time to review the book and get recommendations from the Imperial staff riding with you, in order to plan your trip through three separate areas of products.

Bus Details

The Tradeshow Bus Ticket (Kalamazoo) will provide you a seat on one of two tradeshow buses from the Kalamazoo area to the tradeshow and back. The bus departs at 12:15pm and takes attendees to Cornman Farms in Dexter, MI. The bus will depart from the circle drive at Cornman at 6pm, sharp, returning to its point of origination at Harding’s Marketplace 6330 S. Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49002.
