    Magicbricks.com’s Dream Homes Festival brings in over 35,000 enquiries

    NEW DELHI: Magicbricks.com’s month long Dream Homes Festival, which ended earlier this month, saw over 6.5 lakh visits through the month with over 35,000 enquiries coming in from potential home buyers.

    The online portal said in a statement that it distributed over 50 lakh gift vouchers to 2,800 of the participants for home décor services and other home related requirements.

    The festival showcased over 150 projects by 60 real estate developers who have projects in top metros and emerging markets, including Brigade, Puravankara, Aditya Builders, Mahindra homes, Pacifica, Prestige, Parsvnath, among others. Magicbricks also conducted over 50 Hangout sessions, where over 1,200 prospective buyers and interacted with builders about their projects. Gurutalk sessions were organized to provide free legal advice from experts.

    “We were thrilled to see such an enthusiastic participation and interest from our valued consumers. At the Dream Home Festival, customers experienced the best deals online with added benefits of convenience, price comparisons of over 60 real estate developers. We also registered a huge jump in traffic with over 6.5 lakh visits and a phenomenal increase in new customers, which is very encouraging,” said Vijay Singh Shekhawat, head sales, Magicbricks.com.

    Projects that offered apartments under Rs 1 crore, he said, caught more eyeballs.

    “In fact at Riverside Greens in Navi Mumbai, with prices ranging from 20-30 lakhs, we got more than 1,100 enquiries alone. People are now looking for pocket friendly locations to live. Average price range for majority of enquiries was 40-60 lakhs,” Shekhawat pointed out.
