Spooky baseball tournament this week
Greenville West Side Babe Ruth will host the 3rd annual Halloween Spooktacular Youth Baseball Tournament at Metro Field in Jersey City starting tomorrow. The 14u tournament is open to any team throughout the area, and the team entry fee is $375. To register a team, or for more information, contact Patrick Sandford at 201-433-0535.
LParish league bball signups on Saturday
The St. Michael's Basketball Parish League will be holding registration on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon before the games begin Nov. 1. The league is open to boys and girls aged 8-14 and all games and registration will be held at Colin Powell Gym at 1500 New York Ave. in Union City. The registration fee is $30.

Bayonne registration for LL closes Dec. 1
Registration for the Bayonne Little League Major League division is open now until Dec.
15 at 200 W. 1st St. from Tuesday-Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Openings are available in the instructional (ages 5-6 for $50 registration), baseball (ages 7-12, $125), softball (ages 13-16, $150), senior softball (ages 13-16, $150) and pony league divisions (ages 13-14, $150).
Lincoln Park LL signups are open
Registration is open for the Lincoln Park Little League 2015 season in the 4- to 12-year-old and 13- to 16-year-old divisions through March of next year at the Lincoln Park field house on Field 12. A copy of a the player's birth certificate, three proofs of residency and a registration fee are required — $50 for 13- to 16-year-olds and $20 to $40 for 4- to 12-year-olds.
