A woman has been charged following investigations into the death of a newborn male infant at Paradise Point on June 8.
Detectives from Gold Coast District CPIU and the Child Trauma Task Force, State Crime Command have conducted a protracted investigation that has resulted in a crime scene warrant being executed at a Paradise Point address today.
A 35-year-old woman has been charged with Murder and is expected to appear at the Southport Magistrates court on Saturday, November 1.
