In the country our Founders created with their courage, wisdom and blood, the First Amendment was KING because the freedom to think for one's self; to form and express your own opinion, is the most fundamental form of freedom. In the country we live in today, judges are KING (and QUEEN) and they decide what you can say; how you can say it; and what you are supposed to believe. Think that's an exaggeration? Go to court and disagree with a judge. Bring your toothbrush. The 1st Amendment is first for a reason. Think the 2nd Amendment is more important? Then consider this: no matter how large your arsenal is, without an army, it's useless. Sure, you can die in a shootout with military and police, but it's far easier for a judge, acting with the full authority of federal and state government, to label you a criminal and lock you up, for anything s/he wants. Do you think that because you're an upstanding member of your community; have a good job; pay your taxes, have lots of friends; are well liked and respected by your neighbors that when you are wrongly and unjustly accused of some pretend crime - like exercising your 1st Amendment rights - that your community will rise up in outrage and demand justice for you? Ask any mother, father or child who lives daily under an illegal gag order issued by a judge which tells them that if they say anything that the judge doesn't like they will never see their kids again. Hell, ask me. The America our Founders created for us doesn't exist as a living, breathing nation anymore. It only exists on paper, while We the People have completely entrusted the health and welfare of our nation to venal, greedy people. Our Founders gave their lives.
