The nomadic culinary adventure/chef conference Cook It Raw is about to release its newest series of documentaries. This time around, the crew, led by Cook It Raw founder Alessandro Porcelli, gathers in Alberta, Canada. They focus on seven different ingredients in total; here, they tackle honey. Alberta is the biggest producer of honey among all of Canada's provinces. Watch chefs Duncan Ly (Hotel Arts Group) and Connie Desousa (Top Chef Canada, Charcut Roast House) collaborate with Nathan Ryan of Fallentimber Meadery to create a savory dish inspired by the environment.
