I started the 21 Day Fast from Complaining Round 1 July 1, 2011 online with 40 people...I post Balance tips the first 21 days each month to help keep you complaint free, and offer a prize to anyone who makes it all 21 day...41 rounds later we have over 5 thousand following and strengthening this good life habit which has side effects of more smiling, better relationships, and creating a field of positive possibilities around us.
It's time to go viral with an app which will give you Dr. Marissa's Balance Tip of the Day with your wake-up call (alarm), help keep you on track by recording the number of days you are complaint free, as well as a page to put your 8 gratitudes per day and a place to record your vents (different from complaints which noone hears so don't count against you)...all Balance tools that help achieve the goal of 21 consecutive days without complaining. Funds will also create a paper and Kindle version of Balance Tips for the 21 Day Fast from Complaining with Dr. Marissa...so we can all share in the JoyRide of Life!
