Drug charges, Gladstone

Police have charged a man and woman following the alleged discovery of a clandestine drugs laboratory in Toolooa yesterday.

It will be alleged a clandestine laboratory, used to produce methylamphetamines, was found in the bedroom of a Tuna Street address during the execution of a search warrant yesterday.

A 37-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were both charged with three counts each of producing dangerous drugs, possessing relevant substances or things and possessing drug utensils.

They are both due to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on August 19.
