Owners Caught in Food Truck Explosion Die from Injuries

The mother and daughter that were working inside of a food truck that exploded in Philadelphia earlier this month have died from their injuries. According to NBC10, 42 year-old Olga Galdernez passed away on Sunday and her 17-year-old stepdaughter Jaylin Landaverry passed away on Tuesday. Both women were "severely burned" after the rear propane tank of their food truck La Parrillada Chapina ignited. The force of the blast shot flames 200 feet into the air and many others were injured.

NBC10 writes that investigators believe propane vapor leaked into the truck from one of the tanks, and flames from the grill sparked the explosion. Go, watch the local news story:
