For the first time in Aurora University cross country history the Spartans had two runners competing in the 2014 NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 22 in Mason, Ohio.

Emily Paull and
Christina Luptak took on the championship field and had fantastic showings on the national level.
Paull had the best finish by a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference woman by finishing 42nd with a time of 22:37.5. The NCAA appearance was the second in as many years for Paull. In 2013 she finished 134th.
Luptak finished 196th with a time of 23:54.0 in her first NCAA Championship meet.
Following today's NCAA Championship, Paull and Luptak will now turn their attention to the indoor track and field schedule.
