Fate took Cassandra down a path she never expected.

Then a small town in Colorado gave her exactly what she needed—until tragedy left her heartbroken and devastated. Alone with only her child and her memories, Cassie struggled to put her life back together, one day at a time, piece by piece. Finding love again was something she never thought possible. That was, until she ran into an unlikely stranger who flipped her entire world on its axis.

Aidan had a secret locked away in his heart; one that would surely send Cassie running the second she discovered it. He held onto her closely and kept his secret guarded, but one careless mistake could reveal all.

Their friendship was strong, their moments beautiful, and the love that brewed between them intense—something neither denied. The only problem? Cassie was slowly letting him into her life. Could she let herself get close to the one person she didn’t think she should?

Her mind tells her to run, but her heart tells her to stay.

I'm a girl with a passion for reading and desire for writing. You'll find me either reading or sitting by my laptop writing. I have too many favorite books to list but they would all most likely fall under the romance category. I'm a sucker for a good love story, shedding a few tears, and having my heart melted by an amazing book boyfriend! :) If I get free time you might find me watching a movie, my second love!

This series has the potential to be one of the most memorable and heartwarming love stories ever told--think Notebook, people, it's that moving!

I am so lucky I had the chance to read an ARC of this follow up to Away. Away made me FEEL...laugh, love, smile and then cry my heart out. It stayed with me and then I was given this gift...

Stay is the continuation to Cassandra's journey after a heartbreaking loss and the birth of her son. Aidan goes down in my book-world-history as one of the most romantic book boyfriends ever. I highlighted so many beautiful words that came from his mouth because he is truly a unique and caring soul, yet hot as hell to boot.

For me, Stay was even better than Away! BA Wolfe had grown tremendously as a storyteller...her writing was weaved so intricately and beautifully that it reminded me many times of a quirky Colleen Hoover tale. I've read two Colleen Hoover books this year, she's my all time fav, but Stay is on my list of top 5 reads of the year!

Stop what you're doing right now...read Away and then mark your calendar for the release of this beautiful love story! Your heart deserves the journey.

4.25 X's and O's Stars

What a sweet and uplifting book...especially after the coma I experienced from "Away". I even actually had to read a book in between these two just to separate myself from the hold I had on Jase.

He gutted me...and how I loved his words in this book also...the letters...oh those letters made this book so freaking emotional that I didn't know half of the time to cry or laugh.

Now...there was one little irk I had with this book and that was I do believe it was drawn out a bit more than the first.

But, shit...the ending made up for it all!!

Wow...what a great way to end this story and I can't wait to find out what is in store for Mel and Moose!

** Josie's 5 Wonderful Stars no make it 10 MAGNIFICIENT STARS

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING AWAY BOOK 1 in THIS SERIES PRIOR TO READING STAY AND THIS REVIEW – I HAVE TRIED NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS BUT IT IS NEEDED.

OMG, I am not sure where to start of expect that if I could give this this book more than the 5 stars I would. Once again B.A. Wolfe delivers a book that exceeded all my expectations. I was completely blown away reading Away and I was anxiously awaiting for Stay. I will admit I was nervous because I was not sure if I was going to get the same feeling as I did from the first book. Let me say I got that and so much more. I decided to reread Away prior to jumping into Stay so that my emotions were still raw and fresh. I am NOT going to give you guys any SPOILERS HERE –NONE-ZILCH-NADA-CERO, you are going to have to grab this one and read like I did. Blind with nothing to go by except for how the first book left off. I will tell you how much of an amazing job Ms Wolfe did with this book.

Ms. Wolfe has the uncanny ability to write a story that makes me ugly cry, shed happy tears, scream, yell WTF and say NO Way but then put me back together again like only she can. Stay is the story of moving on after suffering the worst kind of heartache possible, accepting that life will go on. That it is okay to move forward and to make peace with the past. The author show readers that you do not have to give up the past to have a future, that there is a balance.

This story shows us that the characters are trying to move on from their loss and carry on in life. Cassandra has the support of her wonderful best friends Melanie and Moose. They have both been a blessing to her and Jase over the past year. I loved Moose in Away but in this one I fell in love with his character even more. His loyalty to Casandra and Jase was undying and steadfast.

“I just don’t know if I am ready. How will I know?”

“You don’t have an expiration date stamped on your a** for when your dating window is up. Oh, Cass. You’ll just know. Relax a little, okay?”

We get the pleasure of seeing Anna (we met here in book 1) and her sister Shay. These girls are what I like to call slurry troll moles (B****** I want to throat punch). These two really bugged the crap out of me. I seriously wanted to claw their eyes out. I had tell myself Josie, this is a book, they are not real –retract the claws chica –retract the claws. I swear I wanted to throat punch them.

“Why are you here? Haven’t you done enough?”

“How can say that? What are doing here? He was done with you, didn’t you get the message?’

“This isn’t your house, Mel-a-nie.”

“It’s not my house, but I’m staying here. That gives me that right to kick your ass out. Go! You’re like a damn fly that won’t go away.”

“Give it up. She’s a little skank who doesn’t belong in Keaton, and you know it.”

“Don’t call me baby, and if you have anything else say about Casandra, do yourself a favor and leave.”

Cassandra finds love in an unlikely person, Aiden but this connection and bond they have is so strong that even her guilt over her loss of Jason makes it difficult to stay away. Aiden has a secret but one look at Cassandra and he is hooked, he know they are special and the more time he spends with her and her son Jase the bigger the pull he has towards them. Aiden is terrified that once she finds out the truth, he will lose her forever, and he is not sure he is willing to lose her. I just love Aiden, everything about his character had me swooning, and he was perfect. Even the secret he was hiding from Cassandra did not taint his image in my eyes. The author wrote his inner dialogue in a way that where I felt his struggle and remorse but he really had no choice in the matter, he was literally backed against a wall. Like seriously I need to move to Keaton because these swoon worthy men (Jason, Aiden and Moose) are all from there and I am seriously thinking New Jersey in not for me anymore.

“Sweet Tea, I want this. I want to call you my girlfriend and not be afraid to kiss you in public, and you better believe I will because I don’t care who see that I can’t keep my lip off you. I want this and I need to know you do too.”

I found Stay to be even more emotional and even better than Away. This story was just so beautiful and I was completely captivated with Cassandra’s emotional journey. I felt her pain, guilt, love and sorrow. She was struggling to move on in her life and I cried so many times for her and with her. We also get to see more of Trish and Bart, which I loved. As well seeing more of Cass’s bitch parents who I hated. She also threw us some curve balls into the story. I can’t tell you enough how much you need to read this book, this series. I swear you will not be disappointed. I know that for me this series is one of the most memorable reads that will stay with me for a long time.

Amazon Buy Link--->> Stay (The Keaton Series Book 2)

~~ 5 "X's, O's and Sweet Tea" Stars ~~

This is probably one of the hardest reviews for me to write. Not because I didn't like the book, but because I LOVED it and my emotions are all over the place. I want to apologize now if this review is on the short side, I don't plan on talking about the storyline of the book much, because I believe you need to experience this book and all the emotions first hand without any heads up's.

I want to send a HUGE Thank You to B.A. Wolfe for personally contacting me asking me to join the blog tour for Stay. I will admit I was very hesitant, because I was so gutted after the first book…. Away. But then I thought I had to give it a try and find out how Cassie's story ended. I am so thankful that I did because this was an AMAZING ending to Cassie, Jase and Aidan's journey. Don't get me wrong….I was still gutted and crying like a fool in this book as well, but don't worry Ms. Wolfe was able to put my broken heart back together by the end of this book. This book/series is such an emotional roller coaster. You will be high one second, laughing and blushing and then crying your eyes out the next. Another reason I decided to give this book a chance was because I love B.A.'s writing style. She knows how to suck you into a story and not let go until the very end. Her books are a slower paced book, but not too slow that things drag and you get bored. She gives you just enough information to make the story complete, but won't overload it with useless info. When reading both of these books in this series, I felt like I was a part of this family and circle of friends. If they laughed, so did I. If they cried, then so did I. These books were amazing love stories, that weren't overwhelmed with a lot of outside drama. Yes she does add some characters in these stories that you will absolutely HATE, but every story needs some of those.

As for the characters I LOVED…..That would be all the others…..Cassie, Jason, Aidan, Baby Jase, Melaine, Moose, Trish and Bart. This book is about Aidan and Cassie, but all these others play such a big part in this story that you really can't help but feel connected to all of them. I honestly didn't think B.A. could make me love another Hero after Jason (Jase….Hero in Book 1 Away), but HOLY MOLY she did when I met Aidan. This man is just as amazing as his brother (Jase). He was so fiercely protective and loving. He was the type of man who wanted to protect everyone he loves. Now I will say that his and Cassie's journey is not an easy one….they had a lot of ups and downs and hills to cross, but I was so glad to see that things all worked out for the best in the end. I loved watching how Cassie grew in this book. She was such a broken soul after Away, but overtime and after meeting Aidan, she really turned around. I really can't explain these two anymore without spoiling things, so I will just say that you need to read this book/series.

As for Melanie, Moose, Trish and Bart…..all I can say is that everyone needs and wants friends and family like these four people!!!! What amazing characters. I loved Mel and Moose's banter between each other. I think there is an interesting story to come for those two ;)

Stay is book 2 in B.A. Wolfe's Keaton series and the conclusion to Cassie's story. I would definitely recommend these books (Away and Stay) to everyone, but I will say that you are going to want to read them together. Book 1 doesn't end on a cliffhanger, but a to be continued ending, and after reading that ending you are definitely going to want to jump right into book 2. I know I did and I had to wait until the book was finished. Honestly…..You don't want to miss this series!!!!!!

Months ago when B.A. Wolfe released Away I thought to myself, hmmm, this book it's getting a lot of buzz I should really check it out. Unfortunately time goes by and I never got a chance to read.  When I saw that the sequel Stay was getting set to release I told myself, I AM READING THESE BOOKS! No ifs, ands, or buts about it.  I had to make the time to read them.  Well.... fast forward to today. I am left speechless by B.A. Wolfe and I personally think she's THE best indie authors out there! She brought me to tears, full on ugly cry tears (not an easy thing to do by the way) twice! Once at the end of Away and then again at the end of Stay. Her writing is so beautiful and she just pulls you into her story and you feel the characters pain and heartbreak. You feel their joy and happiness. I felt it all! She has quickly moved up my list of favorite authors and if she writes it, I will buy it. She's definitely a automatic one click for me!

Stay picks up several months after where Away ends. I'm still picking up the pieces of my broken heart from Away!!! Gah.... But sometimes fate has different plans for us. Cassie thought Jason would be her forever. But now she's living life being a single mom. With Melanie and Moose by her side, she makes it her mission to ensure the baby Jace knows he is loved.  She is determined to give him the life she never had. One afternoon at a coffeeshop, Cassie literally runs into a hunk of a man with a set of hazel eyes she swears she has seen before. She has a sense of familiarity about him but with the embarrassment of spilling her drink down the front of him, its brushed off and each go their separate way. Fate keeps bringing together and a night out with Mel brings the hazel eyed stranger aka Aidan and Cassie together again. But fate wasn't so with them yet....

While visiting Jason's parents, Cassie and the infamous brother we hear about in Away will finally meet. To Cassie's surprise, its Aidan from the coffeeshop and bar.  The guilt she feels for starting to have an attraction to someone else, let alone Jason's brother eats away at her.

"I’d finally found someone I enjoyed being around, someone I wanted to get to know on a deeper level, and for the first time, I couldn’t." - Cassie

Little does Cassie know, Jason wrote a letter to Aidan while on his deathbed asking Aidan to watch over Cassie, to be there for her, to be the one she leans on because Jason knew he wouldnt be there. Aidan didn't plan on falling in love with her in the process.  What he feels for Cassie is something that he's never felt before. He knows she's something special and is determined to work past her guilt and get her to see its ok to love again.

"I see it in your eyes. It’s not right in so many ways and I know that too. But in so many ways it’s more right than I’ve ever felt in my entire life." - Aidan

Oh how I love Aidan.... sigh....

When ever things look like they will work for Cassie and Aidan and destiny is on their side, fate has a way of going against what you know and feel is right. Several times I was thinking to myself how much more can they take. Even though Jason wanted be there for Cassie, he knew he wasn't her destiny. Sometimes the journey to find your true love is a winding road and you learn more about yourself along way, thinhgs you would have never known if you took the straight and narrow path.  This holds so true with Cassie and Aidan's story.

"I thought no one would be ever be able to hold my heart again. But you changed that. You changed everything in me. I’m stronger because of you and I’m no longer afraid to face my fears because of you. It’s you Aidan. It’ll always be you." -Cassie

There is so much more to the story but I don't want to spoil the experience for you.  If you love a good love story that will rip your heart, gut you from top to bottom, and have you rocking in a corner with a blankly B.A. Wolfe knows how to deliver.  With Stay, not only does she do all of the above, she left me falling in love with every character and praying we get more from them.  The ending was perfect and right when I thought I was going to jump off a cliff, she was there to wrap me in a warm embrace and I loved every second of it!

I'll just leave you with this.... makes my heart melt!!

"You're my sunshine after a storm, the moon that brightens the night sky, and my hand to hold so I’m not alone. You’re all the things that bring me comfort. That makes me believe there’s heaven on earth."

5 dashing, perfect, amazing, heart-warming stars !

I don't have the words to describe how much I loved this book !! MAKE SURE YOU READ IT !!!!!

If you didn't read Away then please don't read my review it contains spoilers.

When I read Away, I was immediately hooked. I loved everything about it, I was happy that Cassie met Jason Bradley but. We shouldn't take life for granted, we should seize every moment and enjoy it ! That book taught me to live, love and laugh. I couldn't read any book after away because simply it stayed with me and I had to calm myself down ! I couldn't form any words and I couldn't write a proper review.

Now, after reading stay, I'm in awe ! B.A Wolfe wrote an amazing story about love, forgiveness and secong chances ! I can't tell you how much I love this book.
I started crying at the beginning of it , seeing how Aidan was really hurting and how Cassie was living her life after loosing Jase and baby Jase ? that's the shredding part ! I couldn't read his name and not think of Jase and have tears in my eyes.
Stay takes us in a journey, where Cassie tries to move on and Aidan tries to stay true to his promise. They fall in love (how could they not to) but still feeling guilty about it (I can understand).

When Aidan was telling stories about his childhood with Jase and the love he had for his baby brother I had to stop reading to breathe a little because I was a mess ! I was truly like this :

"The word ‘stay’ comes in many forms and phrases. Stay here, stay there, stay away, stay close, don’t stay, and nowhere to stay. The term that best fits my situation . . . the only place to stay.
I was home."

I could tell you everything that happened and IN DETAILS but that would be mean ! so to sum it up :

Their love story is one of the best , it's my second best (after the notebook).

"They say you never forget your first love. And I never would. I never wanted to forget Jase or the journey he took me on. If Jase hadn’t rescued me, I’d have never met him and been given the memories of a great first love.
I feared deeply a love like that wouldn’t happen again; Jase knew better, though. The push he gave was exactly what I needed. It helped me let go, and let love in again. Without it, I’d have missed my second chance at love.
Aidan wasn’t my first kiss, my first date, or my first love. But I knew I wanted him to be my last everything."

Cassie and Aidan becoming a family ? that had me like :

The ending was everything I expected it to be and more ! So thank you B.A Wolfe for sharing this story with us! I hope there will be more coming from you! Xs and Os(LOTS OF THEM).

My Cassie & Dan <3 <3 <3

Adorable right!?

I was lucky enough to BETA read Stay It was extremely worth the wait.

My reactions to being offered to BETA:

description

description

Now, I absolutely love Jason. HOWEVER getting to know Dan I'm completely smitten with him. He's a dream. I mean come on, look at the above pictures. He's adorbs.

Cassie has done an extreme amount of growing up. I am pretty proud of the woman she has become. I have a feeling it has a lot to do with Jason and the impact he made on her life. Plus Mel & Moose are ah-mazing with helping her out.

I had some vibes with Cassie & Moose, but came to realize it was just a brother/sister type thing. Although Moose & Mel...that's a WHOLE different subject! Lol.

In Stay there is a lot of grief. A lot of angst. A lot of love. A lot of friendship & family. A lot of moving on. A lot of feelings. It's truly powerful. Wolfe certainly knows how to make you ugly cry. I also know first hand she gets a kick out of it. LOL.

description

There was a lot of eye opening facts happening. Let me just say it will leave you content. Wanting more of course, but content.

I could go into a lot of detail, but I won't do that. You'll just have to find everything out for yourself.

I highly recommend you pick this bad boy up when it's available.

I rate Stay 5+ stars

How can you describe a book that speaks to your heart and stays with you days after you've read it?
Both books by this amazing, phenomenal *B.A.Wolfe* have done just that. I've read almost 200 books this year and STAY will always stay with me! Seriously!

You met Cassie in book 1.. who's heart is broken after the death of her boyfriend, Jase. But what happens when a stranger makes her finally feel again after losing the love of her life?

Aidan has been lost since the death of his brother. But he did promise one thing and will do it... but at what cost? Will it hurt the one whom he has come to care deeply about?

These two are amazing! I can't think of any other word. They are truly two amazing, caring and wonderful people. Their hearts are wonderful and together... their hearts soar.
There are many of just funny, laugh out loud moments, sweet moments, emotional moments... and just everything around Aidan and Cassie is beautiful.

You will fall in love with Cassie all over again. You'll love her friend Mel, Moose and the way he cares and supports Cassie and baby Jase.
Cassie, is a wonderful kick ass mom. I loved her. I loved her devotion, sassy moments, sweet moments, shocking and silly moments... and all in between!

Aidan....OMG! He's the man. I didn't think I could love him as much as Jase... but seriously he's amazing! He is phenomenal and a wonderful, truly wonderful man! He's hot, sexy, romantic, sweet, funny... and wonderful to baby Jase.. (Brought tears to my eyes)

And look at some of his amazing words.
"You're my sunshine after a storm, the moon that brightens the night sky, and my hand to hold so I'm not alone. You're all the things that bring me comfort. That makes me believe the're heaven on earth."

**SWOON!**

This book is filled with pain, love, amazing friends, secrets and amazing moments that will grip your heart!
And that end..... LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE !

Stay is beautifully written and will grip your heart. I recommend this book to anyone who loves an amazing love story!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
5 xoxxoxox stars from me

If your a fan of romantic books, GRAB "STAY"!
B.A.Wolfe's writing it eloquent, gripping and sucks you in with such emotion.... that I can only compare her to Nicholas Sparks.... just amazing!

When I read Away, my heart was pretty much ripped out. Cassie didn’t get the happy ending with Jase that she (and I) so desperately wanted. Cassie comes back to Keaton with her baby boy, trying to let Jase go and move on with her life. The first man she meets that manages to turn her head turns out to be someone she shouldn’t want. Looking after Cassie started out as an obligation for Aidan, but he starts to have strong feelings for Jase’s hazel eyed angel.

It’s not right in so many ways and I know that too. But in so many ways, it’s more right than I’ve ever felt in my entire life.

B.A. Wolfe created chemistry between Aidan and Cassie that was so palpable, I felt it jump off the page with each interaction they had. Each moment, they spent together, the bond between them grew – along with their guilt over the reason they were brought together.

There was the line. I lifted my head, met his gaze, and opened my mouth. “Cross it.”

Aidan is forever one of my all-time favorite book boyfriends. He wasn’t a billionaire, or a biker, or some kind of unattainable bad boy. He was a simply a beautiful man who loved with all of his heart.

When you say stuff like that, I have to make sure it is real. That you’re not just a dream. Because sometimes it feels like it is.

Aidan protected his family more than they knew, even though it made him the bad guy in their eyes. He fell in love with both Cassie and her son, making him as honorable as he was sexy. Jase was right to call him Batman because Aidan Bradley was a superhero.

Jase was Cassie’s first love, but she connected with Aidan on levels she never had the time to reach with Jase. A forever kind of love comes with more than just butterflies and sweetness. It comes with insecurities and complications that can tear it apart. Considering how they got together, the odds aren’t exactly in their favor, and I hoped they would find their way to each other for good.

I loved the first book, but was completely blown away by Stay. B.A. Wolfe has become a fantastic writer with an impeccable style.

Stay was more than just the conclusion to Cassie’s story. It was an extremely well-written and inspiring tale about how the people you meet can completely change your life and lead you to where you were meant to be, even if they aren’t meant to stay.

AH-MAZING!!!
When I was asked to read this book for review I was seriously in a book funk and hadn't rated anything above a 3.5 in weeks (maybe months). But, as a big fan of B.A.'s first book I was happy to read it.

Well I am SO glad I did, because I was blown away. Not only has she grown as a writer, but her attention to all the little details that make books hard to forget and just an incredible read, were spot on!! Her writing reminds me SO much of the amazing CoHo with this book (very CoHo-ish)! She is one of those authors that reminds me why I love to read! Plus she got me out of my funk!!!

Stay is the follow up to her debut novel Away and it is really not to be missed. I laughed, I swooned, I cried (a lot), and I fell so deep in love with the characters of this book. I can't wait to read more from this author!!

"I wanted someone to tell me life wasn't ending, and that everything would be okay. Life's not ending it's only just started. Everything is going to be more than okay. It's going to be great.
Because in the end, everything will be okay. It has to be.”

In my review for book one I said I was "blown away" and here in this one I'll say there was no way I'd "stay away" from reading this one ASAP.

Be prepaired to keep the tissues close by once again as you read this emotional story about continuing to live after you lose someone you love. Cassie lost Jason, but now a year later she has a chance at forever with someone else if only she's willing to try.

Aidan doesn't know why his brother asked him to keep an eye on her, but Jason knew what he was doing. The connection between these two in undeniable and you can see the sparks from the first moment no matter how hard they try to keep from crossing that invisible line with each other.

They both have secrets and pain from their losses but when their together you see how happy they make each other. They have their issues to work out, and that's what this story is all about. How they continued on after something so horrible happened to them makes you see that it is possible.

This is one journey I have loved from start to finish and while their story is over I'm excited to see more of this series as other characters find their forevers.

4.5 SWEET TEA STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book did not just hold my breath, it held my heart and mind captive. I don't think I have read a more emotionally involved book ever!

Reading Away was absolutely life changing. I was blown away and gutted all at the same time. At the end of Away I had to know what happened to the rest of Cassie's story.

Stay is written in the same beautiful writing style. It has the same intense feel and flow and is undeniably amazing. The characters are touching and real. The second chance love story captured my heart.

I cried, like ugly, sobbing, uncontrollable tears, throughout the book.
I felt, immensely.
I laughed, with my whole body.
I loved, with every fiber of my being.
The book was that good.

This series will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Finally, the much anticipated sequel of Away. We all fell in love with Jase and Cassie in Away. Now, Cassie has a second chance of love, but what she doesn't expect is falling for her first love's brother, Dan.

Stay took us yet on another emotional journey of loss, healing, and second chances. I fell in love with Aidan right away. I panicked a few times through this book as well because you know those twists is what makes the read the best. The best teary moments are with baby Jase and Aidan....loved this series!

I am hoping for a book for Moose and Mel.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. B.a. Wolfe had me screaming, laughing, swooning, and down right ugly crying through out this entire book.

In book one, Away, we have our hearts ripped out and shoved down our throats by Wolfe but in Stay she revives us. She builds up our hope before graciously ripping our hearts over and over again. Only this time, she stabs it while it is still beating before she rams it through our chest and ever so carefully puts it back into place. It was the perfect sequel to a completely gut wrenching first novel.

I was in love with Jase when I read Away. I fell hard and fast for the sweet talking, cowboy from the town of Keaton. I was in denial at the end of book and I strongly felt like looking up Wolfe's address, driving to her house, and slapping her, since we both live in Colorado. But after a few days I composed myself and told myself that she would redeem herself and she did.

While reading Stay and learning about Dan I was done for. I didn't think at first I was going to love him as much as I did Jase but I was wrong. Dan was everything I needed him to be and more. With his SWEET nicknames, sexy eyes, batman powers, and heart soaring words he pulled me in, hook-line and sinker.

I loved watching Cassie grow in this story. Her journey was a roller-coaster but it was well worth the ride because in the end she became a stronger mother, a beautiful friend, a daughter for a family that was grieving and she found her FOREVER LOVE!

If you haven't read Away yet and you are reading this I high recommend this duet! It is amazing! Wolfe's writing pulls you in and doesn't let go. Wolfe completely blew me AWAY with STAY. The more I read the faster it sky rocketed to my top five books ever read!

Stay (Keaton #2) by B.A. Wolfe

Please don't read this review if you haven't read the first book in the series, Away.
After once again seemingly losing everything that mattered, Cassandra is left with her new baby, and her best friend and attempting to move on after losing someone that meant everything to her. Yet somewhere out there, her lost love's brother is trying to find Cassie, to look after her, protect her, and keep a promise.

I am once again speechless, when I finished Away I was heartbroken, and yet couldn't get the beautiful story out of my head, every book I read after it, I could still see Away playing in my head and I couldn't erase it. When I found out that Stay was coming I was beyond eager to read it, and I questioned whether or not I could love another character in Cassie's life, or would I be disappointed and prefer to let the story end at the first book. The answer is that this book was just as beautiful as the first, and once again I found myself in tears at different spots in the book. How an author can evoke such emotion in a reader is beyond me, and it's another reason why I love to read. All the little pieces that were brought in from the first book, just added to the story, all the letters from Jason, the little details really brought the story full circle.

I have to thank B.A. Wolfe for this book, I know it was a long time coming, but I am so grateful for this story.

There are no words that are good enough to describe how phenomenal this book was!!! This was a fantastic sequel to Away. I was so devastated at the end of Away that I was nervous yet excited to read this book. I loved Jase & Cassie together and I was nervous about her and Aidan being together. Throughout this whole book, Jase was there in spirit. He was on everyone's mind and in their hearts. He helped guide Aidan & Cassie individually and together. "Green light Jase."
Cassie was not really living after Jase died. She had her baby, Mel and Moose in her life, but that was it. She didn't have love and she didn't think that she would ever find it again. Except, a chance meeting in a coffee shop will change her for forever. She got stronger throughout the book, she missed Jase terribly but had to let him go in order to move on. Revelations were revealed to Cassie that had her reeling.
Aidan, oh gosh what to say about him! He is a Bradley man so of course I fell in love with him. He was caring, loyal, loving, and so strong. He was so selfless especially when it came to people that he loved. He helped Cassie heal and she helped him heal from the loss of Jase. He found love and family.
I absolutely loved Mel & Moose!! They were so supportive and caring and loving. They were also pretty damn funny!
This book was phenomenal and I cannot wait to read what B.A. Wolfe comes out with next!!

I liked it.. But I just missed Jase too much.. The void is too big to fill. Away left me heartbroken, and frankly I still feel it..

The development of Cassie & Aidan/Dan's relationship was just so odd to me.. It seemed out of the blue.. And call me crazy, but it bothered me how often Cassie was leaving baby Jase. There were parts I really loved, and parts I didn't really care for.

A huge theme of this story was based around letters Jase and Aidan had wrote to each other.. It just so happened that EVERY special thing JASE did for Cassie was Aidan's idea all along? UGH.. NO! I don't think anything made me angrier than this! It pretty much negates book #1.. AWAY.. Why couldn't there be a whole new storyline for Aidan and Cassie.. Why did this story have to tarnish Jase and Cassie's story from AWAY. It felt like a easy way out.. And it really bothers me :/

I would still recommend this series, most people will be happy enough with the storyline.. I'm extremely critical on sequels, especially when I love the first book as much as I did AWAY.. I'll continue to read anything B.A. writes.. Hopefully some Mel & Moose *cough cough* *nudge nudge*! Thanks for the story <3

This is not the sort of book you wish to race through in one setting or even read in one day.
It is the type of story you hate to put down, but love to anticipate getting back into.
You do not want it to end.
You love these characters we first met in AWAY and get to know better in STAY.
You want to be in their inner circle, to have them as your best friends.
You'll want to be included in and invited to every event and celebration in Keaton.

Prepare once again for your emotions to rise and fall over and over on this rollercoaster ride.
What can be sweeter than first love? How about FOREVER love?

I was priviledged to get an advance copy of this novel because I would not stop bugging BA Wolfe after AWAY
that I HAD to know more! I found it very difficult to wait.

She has written another winner.
I am betting there are more books in her mind and heart waiting to be written for us.

Wow! Rarely do I read a book that leaves me so full that I can't get the words out. But Stay was off-the-charts, can't eat, can't sleep, don't-bother-me-I'm-reading-good! The characters are presented so well I'd swear I know them. REALLY know them. Like they live next door maybe. And the mark of a good romance novel is the emotion it evokes, right? Well, let me tell you . . . I chuckled, I cried, I swooned, I sobbed, then sobbed a little more, and swooned yet again. Because every girl wants a guy like Aiden. Cassie is sweet, and caring, and tender, and a little wounded———but Aiden is PERFECT. It was an honor to follow along as they found their way to each other. Ms. Wolfe made a name for herself as an author with her debut novel, Away; she outdid herself with this continuation of Cassie's story! I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review, and honestly, I loved every minute of this book!

5 XO Green light sweet tea stars

"The word ‘stay’ comes in many forms and phrases. Stay here, stay there, stay away, stay close, don’t stay, and nowhere to stay. The term that best fits my situation . . . the only place to stay. I was home."

Wow.! I don't know where to begin with. This story is just amazing. Emotional. Heart breaking. Beautiful.

The first book AWAY made me one emotional girl that seriously broke my heart into pieces and with STAY I can say that my heart have been healed beautifully and perfectly.

Stay is one beautiful story about second chances in life, love, about healing, forgiving, letting go and being strong in life. It's about two broken souls that where to be together to heal each other.

I don't know how I properly express what I feel about this book without crying but all I can say is GIVE THIS BOOK A CHANCE.

Not sure if I had insomnia and was reading to kill the time or if I had insomnia because I couldn't put this book down last night but I was about 50 pages in before last night and finished reading it in 6 hours. I cried, I laughed (quietly as my husband was sleeping next to). I loved the continuance of this story, of Cassie's story. Of the Sweet Tea, the letters, the cowboy boots. All if it was perfect. Concluding with the epilogue. Can't wait to see what is next (Mel and Moose?!?!)

Rocking my finest yoga pants, a/k/a the only pair not thrown up on, I stepped further inside the shop. The scent of freshly ground coffee and warm, sweet pastries was so beguiling that I didn’t make it far before my zombie-like body bumped into an innocent bystander, spilling his large iced tea all down the front of his body.

Mental note…next time, don’t leave said house for any reason.

The tea dripped from his baby blue button-up shirt, went all the way down his perfectly ironed black slacks, and ended on his scuff free dress shoes. A puddle of liquid began to spread on the tiled floor. I stood in horror; the place was chaotic from front to back. My mind and eyes went back to the poor guy who had just endured my sleep deprived distraction.

With wide eyes, I took in the man whose dark hair was styled in a way that didn’t detract from the cringing expression on his face. He stood motionless as the tea continued to drip and I hovered uselessly. “I’m so sorry. I can’t believe I didn’t see you.”

A bystander gave him a handful of napkins, which he used to sop up the tea, dabbing meticulously at one spot before moving onto the next. He’d be soaked for an hour at the rate he was going. I grabbed a stack of napkins from the counter behind me and worked on his lower half. It wasn’t until a few moments later that I realized the area I’d gone over ruthlessly was, in fact, not an appropriate area for this type of setting. Which explained why said man was staring down at me with perfect brows arched high above a gorgeous pair of wideset eyes.

“Oh my god! I can’t believe I did that. I’m on a roll today.” Gradually, I stood to

face him. He remained soaked, but now he was mortified as well. The expression he wore

continued to say so as his eyes scanned the coffee shop.

* I received an e-copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. *

I fell in love with Away by B.A. Wolfe and I wasn't sure that this book could top her first book, but it has. This book is an amazing journey where the reader is able to learn more about Cassie, Dan, Moose, and the gang. I felt like I was meeting up with friends that I hadn't seen in awhile, and when the book was finished, I wasn't ready to leave them. The author continued to develop the characters that we already knew and loved, and introduced us to a few more that the reader also couldn't help but fall in love with. The story starts off just where the last book stops and it is a seamless flow right into the heart of the book. The author describes Colorado perfectly and makes the reader feel as if they are there with the characters. The details are amazing and so easy to picture that the reader has no problems placing themselves right there.

I love how the author did give some back story in case the reader hadn't read the first book, however, you should read the first book in order to fully capture everything from the second book. I love how Cassie's character developed and "grew" up, as well as how self-less she became. I love the dynamics between Cassie and Aiden (Dan), and who wouldn't love the way B.A. described Jase?!?

This is a must read for anyone who loves the idea of love, the definition of true love and the way in which loves causes us to do amazing and unbelievable things. I highly recommend adding this as your second to read on your TBR list, with Away being the first thing on it! This author is phenomenal and will be going to places sooner rather than later! Make sure you check out her books, you won't be disappointed at all by either one of them! Enjoy, have some tissues ready and make sure there is plenty of time for you to read, as you won't want to put it down once you start!!

Received this book as an ARC for an honest review....

And let me tell you honestly that this book was one of my favorites in a very long time! I liked Away very much and I laughed and cried like a big fat baby... But man Stay well let me just say get out the Kleenex because this one isn't much better on your tear ducts...

I was immediately drawn to the characters of this series. Cassandra continues to heal in this book after the loss of Jason and the birth of her son while learning to love again when finding Aiden (Dan)

Turns out that true love even thru death prevailed this time.. I was moved to tears more times than I can remember in a long time and there were times I wasn't sure I would survive but B.A. Wolfe totally hooked me up with an amazing story, characters that I would want to be friends with, family I wish I knew and an ending that made me very happy.

I can't say enough about this book except I can tell you that if you have a few hours to kill and need a great story and a hotter book boyfriend then this is the book for you! I won't spoil it by giving anything away because then what is the point in letting you all enjoy the journey? I can say that you will be happy you picked it up and gave it a read, just bring the tissue when you do!!! Love love LOVED it!!!!!

4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars.

I really don't know where to start. This book hit on so many emotion...I cried, laughed, screamed, fell in love and wanted to bitch slap a few people (shay and Anna your on that list).

I was a crying mess for most if this book..watching Dan, Cassie and the family heal, love and grow ..looking at the life that Jason lead. I was heartbroken in the first book, but this second book was the perfect healer.

I absolutely love Dan...to his whispered words, his superhero powers , to his loving nick names "sweet tea"...I fell hard for this guy..complete heart of gold...he is book boyfriend material to a t. I love Cassie, I enjoyed watching her grow into the mother she is, I love watching her become a family...however the only part that bugged me was the fact she got so upset over a letter...sometimes I just wanted to yell "breath, chill" it will be okay....

I loved Moose...that man is amazing....hint hint we need a Moose and Mel book...

This book was amazing, great ending to a heartbreaking love story.

So I don't know where to start my review or what to say. I was pretty generous with my star rating for Away because there was a lot that I enjoyed about that book but for Stay I just don't know what to rate it. I can say that there were things I enjoyed about Stay but there were a few I didn't. I want to focus on the fact that it was well written, hardly any spelling or grammar mistakes. I still enjoyed the friendship between Cassie & Mel & now between Cassie & Moose. The meeting between Cassie & Aiden & all the newness was sweet & put a smile on my face. But than things got a bit drug out & unnecessary drama & miscommunication started to happen. I felt like this book would've been better if it wasn't so long. And if some of the stuff that started happening towards the end wasn't put there it would've been a great book. And I can't say what it is because that would be giving away spoilers & I won't do that. I guess I just wanted it to be more about healing & second chances & finding your lasting love. I see why so many people loved this book. I just wasn't fully one of them

I didn't think "Away" could be topped, but Ms Wolfe took the first book and sent it to unimaginable heights with "Stay." Aidan was truly Cassie's Batman in dso many amazing ways. Their special love began as a little twinkle and exploded into a trillion stars throughout the book. Ms Wolfe couldn't have honored our love for "Away" any more than she did with Stay. From the first to the last page, nothing lets you down. Aidan will be nearly impossible to beat as best book boyfriend ever!! Even when you thought that Aidan and Cassie can't overcome their unexpected roadblocks, they grow stronger and closer as they overcome each. I'm looking forward to years of reading the special magic that Ms Wolfe weaves with her amazing words.

Away may have broken my heart, but Stay helped put it back together, piece by shattered piece.

I understand now why I felt there was something missing in the connection between Jason and Cassandra in Away- it was never really meant to be.

I loved Jason, but Dan, oh Dan…you stole my heart. You were the man Cassie was always meant to be with, even your brother knew this and set you on the path to her.

This was a heartwrenching, but sweet, emotional journey for Aidan and Cassie, and it was just what I needed after Away.
