Seriously, they are fabulous, but also a safety hazard for any fainting/falling beauty queens in the near vicinity. The first and second runner-up positions went to Miss Hungary, Edina Kulcsár — who E! Online notes was a finalist in the 2009 Miss Plastic Hungary pageant, which aims to "promote the benefits of cosmetic procedures" — and Miss United States, Elizabeth Safrit, respectively. Miss Thailand, Nonthawan Thongleng, won the People's Choice award, as voted for by pageant fans online.

E!
