Woman arrested in Bellevue drive-through bank robbery apologizes
Allegheny County bomb squad responded to incident at PNC Bank
A woman accused of trying to rob a bank with a bomb threat in the drive-through lane appeared before a judge at her preliminary hearing Thursday.
"I'm so sorry," 33-year-old Brandy Greulich said as she left district court. "That's all I know how to say. I'm sorry."

Greulich said she regretted what she did, and she apologized to the bank workers who were on duty when she pulled up to the window of PNC Bank on Lincoln Avenue last month.
"Anybody who's thinking of doing anything like this, there are better alternatives," Greulich said. "If I could take it back and change it and pick one of those better alternatives, I definitely would."
Police said Greulich passed a note to a teller Jan. 27, saying that she had a bomb and would detonate it if she did not get cash. Police arrived within seconds and blocked her SUV.
The unusual incident also drew a response from the Allegheny County bomb squad. A robot was used to check the suspect's vehicle but police said no explosives were found.

Children at Bellevue Elementary School across the street from the bank were bused to Northgate High School as a precaution during the incident.
Greulich is due back in court April 15. An online docket shows that her charges include robbery, bomb threats and recklessly endangering another person.
