Update: Message to motorists, Brisbane CBD

Motorists travelling into the Brisbane CBD tomorrow are advised that they may experience some delays due to continuing clean-up of storm damage.

It is expected that some lanes of CBD roads maybe closed while glass and other debris is removed.

Police ask for motorist to show patience and to allow for possible delays when planning their travel into the city tomorrow.

Motorist are reminded to drive to conditions and to be aware that there may be fallen powerlines, trees and other debris across roadways.

Remember if it’s flooded forget it.
