I’m Sarah (pronouns: she/her/hers), a Certified Wellness and Life Coach and believer in the power of choice and free will. Every person’s story is complex and beautiful, and I’ve found that my personal experiences with MS, cancer, being the care giver to a parent at the end of their life and chronic pain have helped me recalibrate and cultivate my character and how I move through the world. Everything we think in life is a choice… and I’ve learned how to choose my thoughts carefully and the ones that bring joy, peace, and comfort to me. It’s not about bypassing pain or difficulty – it’s about developing the mindfulness that allows you to sit in those challenging moments, detach from judgment, and choose the narrative that is true. 

The people who are drawn to working with me are typically experiencing a major life change, dealing with a medical diagnosis, or learning to grapple with a death and grief. Through our work together, using tools like mindfulness and heart-centered communication, you’ll find yourself feeling grounded, empowered, and you’ll be able to give yourself permission to enjoy the present. We can’t escape life, but we can choose how we respond to life. 

I’m honored to help my clients acknowledge their challenges and decide how they want to react – and I hope you’ll find my compassionate approach helpful and sustainable.

I help my clients develop a mindfulness practice and embrace the power of their thoughts to move toward a sustainable, empowered life, with the ability to recognize and re-engage with the beauty, joy, and sparkle life has to offer.
