Offer Description
Job duties: Isolation, identification and characterization of endophytic bacteria with plant growth promoting traits (PGPts).
Tasks:
1) Isolation of culturable microorganisms from plant tissues including seeds.
2) In vitro determination of PGPt abilities.
3) Identification of isolated microorganisms with PGPt.
4) Evaluation of PGPt abilities in planta.

- Have Spanish nationality or have the nationality of a member state of the European Union or be from any of the states in which, by virtue of international treaties established by the E.U. and ratified by Spain, the free movement of workers is applicable. Likewise, applicants with a nationality other than that mentioned above may submit their application, provided they can prove that they are in possession of a work and residence permit at the time the contract is formalized.

Persons who have had an employment contract for access to the Spanish science, technology and innovation system, governed by article 22 of Law 14/2011 of 1 June on Science, Technology and Innovation of a duration equal to or greater than 5 years, taking into account the duration of this job offer, may not participate in the selection process.
Proven experience in molecular microbiology and plant-bacteria interactions.
University Master´s Degree in Biotecnology or related areas. 20 points.
Proven experience in the job tasks. 50 points.
Training related with Bioinformatic Analysis. 20 points.
English (B2). 10 points.
