Spend an exciting week at the Clifton Performance Theatre where this cities specialists in acting, singing and dance will lead campers through the process of putting on a completed show! Together we'll prepare a fantastic performance, learn basic and advanced character building, designing costumes, help to build sets and have some good old camp fun and games. All students of varying experience levels are welcome and necessary and no auditions needed to join. All that is required is curiosity and the desire to have fun in a creative, non-competitive environment. After a week of working together, campers will perform a classic-style musical for their family, friends, and the Clifton community. Our scripts are original or newly adapted to allow young actors with a wide range of skills and experiences to enjoy more stage time and to set personal goals. All of our staff are actively working in stage and film in their area of instruction. We utilize only live musicians to accompany the children. These are just a few examples of what makes CPT theatre camp a gem eight years running, in this city.
