Pradeep is calling from Jhilava village of Kawat block, Chhota Udaipur district in Gujarat where adivasi farmers tell him that 86 farmers of 15 villages were sanctioned wells for irrigation under NREGA in 2011-12. It’s been 4 years but work has not begun, they are running around collectorate and other officers but nobody gives response.
