Mom 'Not Complete' Without Sons, Search Continues For Abducted Boys 3 Weeks Later

It has been more than three weeks since Sandra Dohm has heard the voices of her sons, Parker and Jaxon, and no one knows of their whereabouts.

The boys, Parker is 8 and little brother Jaxon is 7, were allegedly abducted by their own father, Kristopher Dohm, of Hopatcong when they were never returned to their mother’s home in Landing on the morning of Monday, Feb. 9. The last time the boys spoke with their mom was a few nights prior, on Feb. 5, before bed.

The boys were staying with their father as part of a custody agreement. Police have expanded their search as far as Nevada – the state where Kristopher Dohm’s parents live – but an investigation there was inconclusive.

On Thursday morning, Sandra Dohm posted a letter to her boys on the public Facebook page “Help Find Parker and Jaxon Dohm,” explaining missed conversations and how much she is dealing with their absence.

“It has been 20 long days that I now have not heard your voices and have not been able to give you hugs. I miss you so much. I always told you that my children are the lights of my life and I meant it. Our home is not complete without you here. I am not complete without you here,” the post read.

Sandra Dohm explained on the page recently that Kristopher Dohm has a medical condition, and that he’s Type 1 Diabetic. Parker Dohm also has asthma.

New Jersey State Police released further information this week, saying Dohm’s vehicle, a 2009 grey Nissan Pathfinder, was last seen traveling south on Interstate 95 in Baltimore, Maryland in the early morning hours of Feb. 6.

Police believe Dohm’s license plate may have been changed, and could be using either K15DXS, ZKL24F, or S17CKV. Police have also said all three may have altered their appearances by shaving their heads.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Kristopher Dohm. The first is a New Jersey state arrest warrant for interference with custody, the other a federal arrest warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

• Kristopher Dohm is a white male, 5’7”, 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a tribal band tattoo on his right arm and another tattoo on his left leg.
• Parker Dohm is a white male, 8-years-old, 4’3”, 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
• Jaxon Dohm is a white male, 7-years-old, 4’0”, 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Jaxon Dohm has a birthmark on his chin.
