ATLANTA -- A terrifying home invasion in Georgia was caught on a nanny camera.

Investigators are hoping someone can identify a gunman who was caught on a nanny cam robbing a young couple's home in Atlanta. Police think the burglar hit several homes in the Atlanta area.

The man is seen here entering the home while the family was away, with what police believe is an AK-47. Police said he stole a flat screen, a laptop and jewelry.

"He seems to be by himself, as far as we know, we're not sure," Capt. Sharrone Steed.

But this isn't where police say he began thieving. Investigators said the same man is a suspect in at least three other robberies. And just an hour earlier, police believe he was robbing another home four miles up the road - and this time, Barbara Lyles Anderson was home.

"He said, 'Lay down on the bed with your face in the pillow.' And that's when I thought he's going to rape me and then he's going to murder me," Lyles Anderson said.

She says he got in through an unlocked door in the kitchen, put the gun in her face, and kept her in her bedroom while he searched for cash, jewelry, and then walked off with her flat screen TV.

"I started to cry a little bit, it was after I've given him everything. And he said, 'Don't cry. You'll be OK. I'm leaving,'" Lyles Anderson said.

Police also believe he's the same person who robbed a woman a week ago in a park nearby. They've produced a police sketch to help find the suspect, and they're underlining how helpful home surveillance videos can be.
