Miami-Dade County officials stopped the 60-foot vessel last Friday morning near the Stiltsville homes off Cape Florida in Key Biscayne, as reported by the Miami Herald. It's unclear if the boat was traveling directly from Haiti, or if the 30 migrants had made any previous stops to pay smugglers to bring them to the US. Marine patrol officers were aided by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, U.S. Border Patrol and Coast Guard and US Customs in the operation. Border Patrol released an image showing the migrants, mostly men, crammed inside the yacht's interior below deck. The Coast Guard reportedly put the migrants on another vessel to be returned to Haiti. One smuggling suspect was turned over to Homeland Security officials. The bust comes as the US has seen a surge of Haitian migrants after several gangs in the country launched coordinated attacks in February. More than 33,000 people fled Port Au Prince in just under two weeks after gangs began pillaging homes and attacking state institutions.

The EPA recently updated its Superfund list to include 1,340 locations across the US that are within one mile of more than 20 million Americans. These sites are polluted with toxic waste. Police have described an horrific scene that took place Sunday night in Oklahoma in which a seemingly loving husband and father killed his wife, and three of their sons before turning the gun on himself, leaving his other son, 10, to discover the bodies. The terrifying crime left neighbors in a quiet Oklahoma City suburb shocked as some described the perpetrator, Jonathon Candy, 42, as 'goofy' while investigators still search for answers. The victims has been named as Jonathon's wife, Lindsay, 39, and sons, Dylan, 18, Ethan, 14 and Lucas, 10. On Monday morning, '(the boy) woke up and discovered what had happened,' said Sgt. Gary Knight, describing the scene as 'carnage.'

A builder's truck moving rubble is believed to have spooked five Household Cavalry horses that ran loose in central London this morning. Five people, including three soldiers riding the horses, were injured in three separate incidents during the six-mile rampage that lasted two hours.They were finally caught in Limehouse, east London. Held at the side of the road by several officers, the white horse began bleeding out onto the road and was treated by vets at the scene. The injured horses saw a vet and all of the animals are now back at the Army's camp.

A British urban explorer has lifted the lid on the untouched world of the prefecture's 'red zone' - sneaking into abandoned buildings including the nuclear control room itself, and sharing eerie pictures of what he has discovered. Lukka Ventures, 27, has been exploring abandoned buildings in the UK for four years, and decided to explore the 'red zones' after watching a documentary on the Fukushima disaster. He snooped round abandoned hospitals, malls and apartments which he said were untouched by time. Lukka, who is from Manchester, described his visit as 'a very surreal experience.'

Kyle Richards rushed to her daughter Farrah Aldjufrie's side after her Los Angeles home was burglarized in broad daylight on Tuesday. The RHOBH star, 55, and her eldest daughter, 35, were photographed speaking to LAPD investigators in the driveway and a police report was filed. According to TMZ, the robbery took place at around 1PM when thieves gained access to the home by forcing open a door. At some point, the WiFi at the home was cut off.

M'Barek (right, in court) and her brother Mohammed were convicted in 2007 of the Earl's murder and sentenced to more than 20 years in prison, but M'Barek was out in nine.

Proposed by developer Scot Matteson, The Legends Tower is anticipated to surpass the heights of New York City 's One World Trade Center and Chicago 's Willis Tower. The Oklahoma City Planning Commission has granted approval for the project, which will see the dazzling tower rise adjacent to a railroad track, neighboring a U-Haul storage facility in Bricktown.
