I just wanted to take the time to write a review, and hopefully give someone hope. Dr Shapiro helped me conceive 3 beautiful little girls. My oldest is 5 years old, and my twins are 3 years old. We tired IVF twice and both times ended up in pregnancy and live births, I am very greatful for Dr Shapiros knowledge and compassion. When I first started my IVF process I weight 267, after all my births I decided to do the Gastric Sleeve, and went down to 141, well to my surprise after losing 126 pounds I ended up getting pregnant on my own, I am now 17 weeks pregnant without medical intervention. I hope this gives at least one person hope. Trust in Dr Shapiro, he knows what he is doing. I have 3 little girls to prove it.

The people are truly who make this an exceptional clinic. From Corine at the front desk, to Marina at the blood draws, to Renee at ultrasounds, to Betsy in surgery, and Dr. B working her baby magic.... They're all wonderful. I truly felt like my journey was the most important to them.... And you will too.
I'm 43 years old, will deliver at 44.... And it's not lost on me that this is a miracle. We got 1 "normal" embryo and I have LVFC to thank for it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nicole P.Las Vegas, NV0117Apr 12, 2024
If you're looking at these reviews, it's probably because you're in the horrid nightmare of infertility and want to start off on the right foot. I can't promise it's going to be easy, but I can tell you that the doctor you work with will make or break this experience for you. I started my fertility journey after my first miscarriage in 2021. I had a suspicion I would run into some struggle and wanted to best of the best. It seemed everyone I asked recommended The Fertility Center of Las Vegas. After initially working with one of their doctors and a second miscarriage, I was desperate for answers. The other doctor was quick to suggest the IVF route, although he admitted it might not be the answer for my unexplained miscarriages. I was deep in the rabbit hole of the internet and was desperate to try anything, but he didn't believe in any of these unconventional methods that I've seen so many success stories about (Lovenox/Heparin, antihistamine protocol, doxycycline for inflammation, etc). After my third miscarriage, Dr. Leah Kaye happened to be covering the other doctors day and was the one to break the news at my ultrasound appointment that we lost our third baby. This was during Covid and we're all wearing our masks. My eyes filled to with tears and Dr. Kaye was so unbelievably supportive, hugged me and took time to explain that this was not my fault and that she believed it was only a matter of time. She told me to take as much time as I needed before "jumping back on the saddle". This was one of the scariest and hardest days of my life, but she somehow made it better. I immediately transferred my care to her and she held my hand all the way to a healthy (successful) pregnancy. She was willing to try some other protocols that the first doctor wouldn't give the time of day. I do believe all the doctors at this facility are knowledgeable and my first doctor probably has more experience in the IVF department. However, I knew in my heart that that was not my path and Dr. Kaye believed in me.
I now have a 4 month old, perfect baby girl and I couldn't be more appreciative for Dr. Kaye and all of her loving staff that helped me along the way. I would give a millions stars if I could. Thank Dr. Kaye and everyone at The Fertility Center of Las Vegas. You made my dreams come true.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jessica M.Las Vegas, NV2739Mar 1, 2024
FCLV is amazing! I was honored to have Shapiro as my doctor for our IVF journey. Although our IVF didn't take, the staff, clinic, and everyone involved making sure we were taken care of and understood was 100%.
I wish the best of luck to future patients with this awesome team!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tara D.Las Vegas, NV852655Mar 3, 2024
I really like Dr. Bedient, the staff, and an honorable mention, the building is... top notch. We recently switched and transferred our embryos from another clinic here in town and the one thing I regret on this journey was not switching over sooner. I personally did not find success with IVF treatments, but we are moving forward with surrogacy with Dr. B and her staff, and still, we are very happy with their services.

My wife and I did IVF at FCLV and couldn't be happier with the clinic. Every staff member I spoke with was super friendly and helpful.
The first transfer was successfully and now we have a beautiful healthy baby.
The prices were fair and they were transparent on everything I was paying for.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Josie G.Las Vegas, NV06Jan 14, 2024
I wanted to provide positive feedback. We ended up canceling our appointment and working directly with a cryopreservation lab, but I want to compliment the staff members I spoke to and who gave me the information I sought. My husband and I are atypical patients, as we are NOT trying to conceive. We were not judged at all for being childfree by choice. Medically pertinent information was still given without judgment of our procreative status. Thank you!

Dr. Bedient and staff are AMAZING!! I am so thankful I came to this clinic. Dr. Bedient made me feel at ease and was so detailed in explaining everything to me. From the moment I got pregnant, they monitored me weekly and followed up diligently. They were always available for any questions and the process was seamless. Thank you Dr. Bedient and FCOLV staff for being so great and caring!

I would give Dr Bedient 5/5 stars but the staff is 2 stars. Dr Bedient is knowledgeable and caring. We love her. You could see that she really cares for her patients. But the staff or the so called coordinators needs more training on compassionate care. You don't leave your patients waiting for updates for days. They like to update you when they are about to close so that when you call them for clarifications they're gone. I almost ran out of medications since they update you last minute when the specialty pharmacy is about to close. They don't return your calls despite leaving voice messages. Even if you called them as soon as they open, they don't pick up the phones. When i did the ultrasounds, they were always in a hurry that i did not even have a time to ask what was happening. When you are about to ask them, they immediately dismiss it and say wait for the call. Im a patient and i have a right to be updated about my health . On the other hand, the lab people are nice, pleasant and professional.

My husband and I scheduled a virtual consultation with this clinic in October of 2021. The doctor showed up 45 minutes late to the appointment that we took time off work to go to.
During the appointment the doctor said they were unwilling to accept tests we had recently done at another fertility clinic and that they had to do their own tests in their clinic. We explained this would cost us out of pocket because we are military and Tricare had already paid for them at the other clinic. They still wouldn't accept the other tests.
Today, April of 2022, we received a bill for $100 stating that we are over 120 days past due and threatening to send us to collections if we don't pay it ASAP. This is the first bill they've ever sent us and there was no communication with us that we owed them money or anything until today.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience with this clinic. It's already hard enough to go through fertility issues and this has been an unnecessary added stressor. It's disappointing how financially driven this clinic appears to be.Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
