Jeremy Irons to Visit National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath)

WHAT: The National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath) welcomes Jeremy Irons, star of the critically acclaimed movie, The Man Who Knew Infinity.
MoMath and Irons will be celebrating the wonder, fun, beauty and intellectual excitement of math to an invited group of math enthusiast, students, MoMath patrons and business executives.
The Man Who Knew Infinity focuses on young mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, who after growing up poor in Madras, India, earns admittance to Cambridge University during World War I, where he becomes a pioneer in mathematical theories through the guidance of his professor G. H. Hardy, played by British actor Jeremy Irons.
Currently, there is a major awards campaign underway for Jeremy Irons for Best Supporting Actor in the Oscar® race for his role as Professor G.H. Hardy in The Man Who Knew Infinity.
